Dubai, October 15, 2025: The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MoHRE) unveiled its groundbreaking AI-driven ‘Ask Data’ project at GITEX Global 2025, showcasing the UAE’s continued leadership in smart government transformation and artificial intelligence innovation.

The new platform is designed to empower ministry employees by giving them faster and smarter access to critical information. Through AI integration, ‘Ask Data’ enhances decision-making, improves institutional performance, and supports MoHRE’s goal of creating a more efficient, transparent, and data-driven labour market.

What Is the ‘Ask Data’ Platform?

At its core, ‘Ask Data’ is an interactive, AI-powered system that allows MoHRE staff to easily explore and query the ministry’s extensive application programming interface (API) catalogue.

Employees can use natural language prompts to obtain real-time, accurate answers regarding data availability, integration processes, and technical specifications.

The system currently features over 100 electronic integrations connecting more than 60 federal, local, and private sector entities, simplifying data exchange and streamlining communication across government departments.

Driving Digital Transformation and Efficiency

Reeham Al Mutawa, Director of Data Management at MoHRE, said the ‘Ask Data’ project is a major step forward in the UAE’s Digital Government Strategy and its Zero Government Bureaucracy Programme.

> “This initiative represents a transformative leap in how employees interact with integration data,” Al Mutawa explained.

“It enhances operational efficiency, accelerates service delivery, and strengthens MoHRE’s position as a leader in digital innovation.”

She added that by automating internal workflows and providing a comprehensive overview of digital capabilities, ‘Ask Data’ enables staff to make data-driven, strategic decisions with greater accuracy and speed.

The ‘Ask Data’ initiative reflects MoHRE’s long-term vision of harnessing advanced technologies to boost productivity, reduce bureaucracy, and improve user experience within government institutions.

The project is one of six flagship innovations showcased by MoHRE at GITEX Global 2025, under the broader federal government pavilion, emphasizing the UAE’s determination to remain at the forefront of AI adoption and digital excellence.
